Part-time Bookkeeping and Accounting Services

We are qualified and trained to provide the services that are designed to meet the needs of individuals who want to focus more on business and personal matters rather than daily/weekly/monthly bookkeeping and accounting tasks. We provide these services to those individuals who have the need to know their personal situation on a regular basis, on a life event basis or at year end for tax filing purposes.

• Organize and Summarize Manually Prepared Personal Finances and/or assist in Computerizing Personal Finances onto QuickBooks or Quicken
• Assist with Estate Planning process, working with Attorney’s and Tax Accountants by gathering pertinent and proper financial documentation and assistance effectuating the plan
• Assistance with Personal Financial statements for divorce or separation
• Organize and Index Life Records (Wills, Trusts, Insur. Policies, Confidential Documents)
• Maintain Personal Records on QuickBooks, Quicken or Manual System
• Assist with Payroll Accounting for Household Help
• Asset Inventory Services for Estate Planning and Insurance Purposes
• Assist with Compliance of Financial Record Retention (Storage of Important documents)
